Delivery
We endeavour to despatch your order within 2-5 working days, (personalised items within 7-10 working days), and notification of despatch will be sent by email. Any special instructions can be entered in the "add instructions" section after selecting your delivery method. Should your order be required sooner, please contact us by email or telephone and we will do our utmost to assist.
To assist with delivery of orders to be collected from your school reception/shop or team manager, please enter the student/member's name and class/team in the "add instructions" section after selecting your delivery method. Notification that your order is available for collection from your school reception/shop or team manager will be sent by email.
For orders to be collected from our shop in Mapplewell, an email will be sent advising when your order is picked and available for collection.
Please refer to our delivery information for further details on delivery/collection options and any associated charges.
Should you change your mind, your online order may be cancelled up to seven (7) days before despatch or up to fourteeen (14) days from receipt. (This is not applicable to personalised products and/or products subject to our decoration service.) You will be responsible for the cost of return delivery for cancelled orders. Please refer to our returns policy for detailed information.
